Job Description/Responsibilities:
Coordinate stability testing activities within Quality Control, Biotech Quality Operations.
Evaluate, trend, and report analytical results.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to stability testing and sample management processes.
Perform sampling and analysis of packaging materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of stability studies and sample management activities.
Support compliance with GMP requirements, company procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
University degree in life science (Chemistry, Biotechnology or similar)
At least 2 years of working experience in Bio/Pharmaceutical industry in GMP surrounding
Croatian native speaker
Proficiency in English language - Ability to communicate fluently in oral and written English
Competency in MS Office applications
Candidate's profile:
Demonstrated ability to be highly organized and detail oriented
Adaptable, systematic and punctuate
Skill in handling multiple tasks in an efficient manner and complete assigned duties within time frames
Interpersonal communication skills
Tendency for teamwork
Ready to work in shifts
