The Position

Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)

As the AI Solution Catalyst, you act as the vital bridge between the AI Innovation Teams (Product & BP) and the wider ecosystem. Your mission is to amplify the value of developed AI solutions by driving their adoption, commercialization, and integration across internal business units and external markets.

You will "catalyze" success by translating complex technical innovations into compelling value propositions, ensuring that the solutions built by the Innovation Leads (Science or Healthcare) achieve maximum impact and visibility.

Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities

1. Value Amplification & Adoption

a) Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with AI Innovation Leads and Product Managers to design and execute deployment strategies, key objectives for key solutions (e.g., DPMM, PLM, or Research Tools).

b) Adoption Drive: Act as the primary champion for assigned digital solutions, overcoming barriers to entry and driving usage rates among internal users (e.g., Medical teams) or external customers (e.g., Patients, HCPs).

c) Success Storytelling: Identify and package "wins" and case studies. Transform data and usage metrics into compelling narratives that demonstrate ROI and scientific/business value to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

2. Stakeholder Connection & Synergy

a) Bridge Building: Serve as the connector between the AI Innovation Lab/Teams and the broader commercial/medical organization.

b) Feedback Loop: Gather real-world feedback from the field and market, channeling insights back to the Product Managers to inform future iterations and feature enhancements.

Qualification and Experience

Education/Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Business, Administration, or related fields

2. 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or general marketing.

3. Experience working in a cross-functional environment, supporting technical or product teams.

Job Required Competencies

1. Exceptional ability to translate technical features (AI/Tech) into business benefits and human-centric value propositions. You are a "translator" between tech and business.

2. Strong interpersonal skills to build networks across a matrix organization. Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

3. Ability to pivot quickly between strategic planning (how to position a product) and tactical execution (organizing a launch event or creating sales aids).

4. Passionate about finding new ways to apply and scale existing innovations.

5. Focused on tangible outcomes (e.g., adoption rates, customer satisfaction, brand equity lift) rather than just process.

How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
