Account Executive
岗位概述
支持核心医院生态环境建设、安全运营及准入相关工作。通过专业推广、客户管理及项目支持，协助推动停限控问题解决、医院及药店准入等。
主要职责
1. 核心医院支持与大客户管理
维护重点医院及大客户合作关系，收集医院需求及市场信息，支持重点医院合作项目开展。
2. 专业推广与安全运营支持
在符合公司合规要求的前提下，开展专业推广活动，支持医院准入、医保及药事相关工作，跟进停限控及院内限制问题解决。
3. 医院及药店准入支持
跟进重点医院及药店准入项目，支持产品准入相关流程推进，维护项目相关信息。
4. 医保政策落地等支持
收集医保政策和落地阻碍等信息，协助推动医保报销相关工作。
5. 项目协调与跨团队协作
支持区域重点项目推进，与市场、医学、商务及业务团队等协同合作，支持项目顺利落地。
任职要求
教育背景
本科及以上学历，医药相关专业优先；
综合条件特别优秀者学历可放宽至大专（需按公司规定完成特批流程）。
工作经验
3年以上医药行业相关工作经验；
具有准入、业务支持或相关经验优先，具有大客户管理经验优先；
具有丰富的专业推广经验和优秀的合规意识，能够开展深度学术沟通；
熟悉医院客户管理流程。
